Initial Visit & Consultation

• Our initial consultation begins with a short, but thorough, visit with our board certified physician who will determine your eligibility for medical marijuana based on your condition and needs.

• There is NO physician referral or medical records that you need to send us ahead of time or search for. If you have them, it’s fantastic and can help speed up the process but our doctor can diagnose you on the spot.

• Our physician will provide an initial 210 day prescription (maximum allowable) for our patients. And our dedicated team will provide patients clear and detailed instructions on how to register with the State of Florida and Medical Marijuana Use Registry.

• We never charge fees for patients who need to make minor adjustments to their prescription within the 210 day window (see general appointment fee for details on exceptions.)

• We continue to offer on-going education and resource support for our patients during their time as our patient. This includes availability to answer questions about products without feeling any sales pressure and providing answers tailored to YOUR individual needs.

General Appointment Fee

• On a case by case basis we will have patients who require to be seen for adjustments to their prescription.

• These appointments will always be made ONLY with the patients express understanding and permission of what they are receiving as well as how it effects their prescription.

• We will NEVER charge a general appointment fee for basic/extensive questions or minor adjustments to prescriptions for our existing patients.

210 Day Follow Up Visits (Including Transfers)

• Our 210 Day Follow Up visits are for current patients who are about to see their initial (or follow up) prescription come to an end.

• During this brief visit, we will recap with our patients how products have been meeting their needs and address any potential major changes that need to be made for the following 210 days.

• This fee also applies for incoming transfers who are at the end of their 210 day prescription. (Please note that transfers will be responsible for removing their current physician from the Medical Marijuana Use Registry Physician spot and understand their may be short term delays depending on response time from the State of Florida.)

Transferring Patients with Remaining Prescriptions

• We do not charge ANY hidden fees or incoming transfer patients with remaining prescriptions. We ONLY charge for the follow up visit itself and renewal of prescription.
